As Head of Innovation, Mark champions, develops and institutionalizes the innovation process for NFP both inside and outside our organization. Working in conjunction with our President/Chief Operating Officer and our Managing Director of Venture and Innovation, Mark serves as a leader in developing ideas for new technologies, products, services and solutions. As a catalyst for “what if” thinking Mark helps the practice areas re-think their processes to adapt to the changing needs of the customer and the market in general. He works to drive adoption and manage high-quality execution across organizational lines that enhance business outcomes.
Suzanne Spradley
Chief Compliance Officer @NFP
Suzanne serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel for NFP. In this role, Suzanne is responsible for spearheading NFP’s corporate compliance initiatives emphasizing the Company’s commitment to legal and regulatory compliance, integrity and business ethics. Her primary areas of focus are legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, corporate ethics, legislative affairs, interactions with government agencies and corporate compliance communications. Suzanne has over eighteen years of insurance industry experience and joined NFP in 2007 as Vice President, Legal and Compliance to lead the benefits compliance department and create a centralized insurance licensing department.
Cory Easton

Cory Easton has over 30 years’ experience in health care cost management. Cory spent 10 years working in Population Health Management at Intracorp and for more than 17 years held various positions at Express Scripts, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Sales. Throughout his career, Cory has had the privilege of working with some of the nation’s largest, most complex health benefit plans. He is a frequent and passionate public speaker, often called on to present his perspectives and strategies on topics related to integrated health care cost management. Cory has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD.
